It was whilst selling this property, I did a lot of my own marketing and helped the buyer when he was having difficulties with his lawyer, we manged to sort everything out and the buyer said "I would pay for a service like this" which got me thinking, how many others have problems, can I really help and the answer was yes.
Apart from Spanish Property my career has consisted of Retail Management / Business to Business Sales and Security Operations, including Entertainment Talent/ Royal Security arrangements for a leading Media Company.
